Our Love Story

I’m so pleased you’re here!

 

I’m Loz – the heart behind Lovegrove Weddings & Events. I’m a wedding planner and event director based in North East Victoria, passionate about curating beautifully personal events that reflect who you are in your core and all that you love.

 

My love affair with weddings started when I was young, first fantasising about my dream white dress, the styling of the reception and all the fine details. Adding fuel to the fire were my older cousin’s weddings where I found myself in awe of the beauty encapsulated in these magical days.

In 2019 I joined the wedding industry, working for a boutique wedding venue in the stunning Dandenong Ranges. A stunning location in itself, made only more the beautiful what with the gorgeous dining room with the glow of candlelight and views of the lush greenery it was surrounded by. Outdoor or chapel ceremonies - each event held was intimate and personable, and reflected the couple themselves at the heart of who they were.

I later worked for an event management company, planning and coordinating weddings and corporate events all throughout Victoria and New South Wales. Here, I was lucky enough to be part of some incredible events orchestrated in historic buildings, luxury homesteads, private properties and the likes. In all locations and with all different people, it has been my biggest thrill to be part of such beautifully designed, love-fuelled, epic days where the story of true love begins.

I have seen and experienced first hand how well weddings and events flow when supported by a planner or event director and I know just how valuable that role is on these exciting yet nerve filled days. To be entrusted with one of the most meaningful days of a couple's lives gives me an immense sense of honour. I carry that responsibility with deep care, passion, and gratitude.

 

Lovegrove Weddings & Events grew from a dream of mine a number of years ago and launched in 2022 where I have been lucky enough to work with beautiful couples in a number of gorgeous locations. With a varied selection of services from on-the-day-coordination, through to full-service wedding planning, I cannot wait to work with you to help curate your dream day and love filled experience.
